Our vision cross-pack detection systems have set the global standard for accuracy and reliability. Using barcode verification, we can detect if the correct packaging is used for the correct product; if the correct sachet is in the proper carton; and if the correct carton was placed in the right corrugate (bulk box). When any errors are detected on the production line production is immediately stopped, and your quality team can investigate if a cross-pack has occurred.

Our standard installation features two cameras on one production line, allowing the first to check quality standards such as packing orientation, uniformity, and completeness; and the second to perform accurate product counts. Any criteria failures will trigger a rejection of the item off the line. This highly granular inspection data is then passed to a third-party information system for storage and analysis.

Our serialisation systems provide unit-level unique serial numbers as tax stamps, helping governments claim taxes from manufacturers. For each level of assembly, we scan parent-child aggregation levels 1 and 2 and integrate that data back into the supply chain management platform, guaranteeing authenticity and supply chain visibility.

• Tanzania: at speeds of up to 280 products/min, we apply a general tax stamp on all alcohol products for export.
• Ghana: at speeds of 800 products/min, we use tax stamps on PET and glass products for the beverage industry.
• Pakistan: we have collaborated with government to implement a taxation system for both local use and export of sugar, cement, fertiliser and tobacco. This is the largest tax program in the world, with 100% declaration of all goods for tax purposes. A unique custom system activates each stamp after it has been applied to the product and sent to the database.

Encrypted codes allow inspectors to identify manufacturers, location of production facilities, production date, and tax stamp value.
